Return and Refund Policy

At Wellness Studio 360, we recognize that wellness is a personal journey, and each client’s experience is unique. While our services and products are carefully tailored to support individual needs, **refunds will not be issued once a service has been rendered.** Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors, and we encourage clients to discuss their goals with our team before booking.

We understand that certain situations may arise where additional support is needed. If you have concerns about your experience, we encourage open communication, and our team is happy to explore solutions where appropriate.

To ensure fairness and consistency, refunds will also not be provided for:

- Unused portions of packages or memberships, including those that have expired

- Gift cards

- Deposits for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service

- Opened products, including skincare and body care items

- Any misconduct that compromises staff safety

*Exceptions to this policy may be made at management’s discretion in unique circumstances.*

Client Conduct & Safety Policy

The safety, respect, and well-being of our therapists and staff are our highest priority. **Any behavior that compromises these values will not be tolerated** and may be reported to local authorities. This includes but is not limited to:

- Sexual advances or inappropriate conduct

- Sexual harassment (verbal or physical)

- Any form of verbal or physical abuse

- Any misconduct that creates an unsafe environment

If a client engages in any of these behaviors, the session will be immediately terminated, and any fees paid will be forfeited. Wellness Studio 360 maintains the right to refuse service to individuals who violate this policy.
